Uwe welcomes the new big shareholder Talanx. Talanx has bought the toxic paper from Maschi’s Swiss Life, so Talanx owns now 9,9% and the Swiss 15,9% of the Wiesholes.
So MLP is independend - except from owners Talanx, Swiss Lif, Allianz, Axa, …
Maschi will rule now Swiss Life - including AWD ans Minimum 15,9% of MLP.
