Wie gestern von uns vorausgesagt, beschränken sich die Medien bei der Berichterstattung auf das Durchreichen der geschmeidigen dpa-Meldung, am ausführlichsten anscheinend das manager-magazin.
Kommentare verkneift man sich, obwohl der Blödsinn, der verzapft wird, eigentlich kaum zu ertragen ist:
Schon die Formulierung, Termühlen müsse nicht vor Gericht, ist irreführend: Über die Verfahrenseinstellung gegen Geldzahlung HAT EIN GERICHT ENTSCHIEDEN. […]
Wer testen möchte, wie brauchbar die so “unabhängige” Presse als vierte Gewalt bei Wirtschaftsdelikten ist, sollte morgen mal aufmerksam die Berichterstattung über die Verfahrenseinstellung gegen Termühlen und die beiden anderen MLP-Angeklagten verfolgen.
