In a law suit handled by die hard-critic Mrs Jacobs who is the lawyer of numerous former MLPers, the lawyers of MLP offered some curious news:
According to advocate Mr Schwake MLPers are not Ein-Firmen-Vertreters. An Ein-Firmen-Vertreter is a strukki who is allowed to work for one strukkibude only.
Mr. Schwake’s point of view leads to the conclusion that every MLPer is free to work parallel to his job also for other strukkibudes. They are now Mehrfachagentens. Hey, MLPers, why don’t work on Monday for the Wiesholes, on Tuesday for Mayflower Capital, on Wednesday for Loyas, on Thursday for AWD, on Friday for DVAG …?
