Our hardest match: The WIPO will decide this weekend
This weekend will show if our brave project www.mlpwatchblog.com will survive the attacks of a nasty firm from Wiesloch, Germany. The Wiesholes want to steal us our domain name.
Their lawyer told to the WIPO that the Germans are too dumb toknow the term ‘watchblog’. According to her ‘mlpwatchblog’ could be confused with a blog of MLP watching the international markets …! What a crap!
After a battle of two months the WIPO will make its decision now. Anyway, it was too late for MLP’s lawyer Mrs Nanda to stop MLP’s downfall that opened eyes in the last three weeks everywhere. Till the end of the year there won’t be an ‘MLP’ anymore, will it? And even if we should loose this battle, the next MLPwatchblog will raise like phoenix from the ashes. You will find us in any case by Google.
