What really happened
In your newspapers you could read about Maschmeyer – maybe right, maybe wrong. Not every story must match the truth, of course not in pr-affairs. Now we offer you another story – maybe right, maybe wrong:
While Maschmeyer said he bought from an unknown nobody brings in a name. We guess: it was former „Uwe“ Dr. Bernhard Termühlen.
Bernie who tries to form the new business rival „Cash Mayflower“ was preparing a takeover to get back his old structure. So Mayflower offered to MLPers paying their debts when defecting to Mayflower. Bernie started rebuying MLP itself quitly by ordering different brokers to collect shares for him.
Then Bernie came in trouble: The last years he had bought lots of land in Eastern Europe because he speculated of a growing use of biological petroleum. Nobody buys land without asking bankers for support, even not very rich people like Bernie. You may have heard that there is a little international crisis in this kind of business, so maybe Bernie got a phonecall from his banker who got cold feet. Shares of a ridiculous firm is not so a comfortable security, do you think so?
So Bernie had to find a purchaser within days. There was one: old strukkibude-master Cash-Carsten who had failed in his demands to get MLP strukkibude the last year. Now he was offered to get it the easy way: Take it or leave it. Carsten took. Because Carsten is a winner, so the winner takes it all.
Did you really belief that Swiss Life wasn’t informed about the meneuver? Maybe you belief in St. Clause too? Business in these volumes isn’t done wild west-style. Swiss Life knows how to play chess.
Maybe Swiss Life has seen the oppertunity to settle old scores: Years before MLP was in touch with Swiss Life and and the Swiss found themselves to be bullshitted in a way the Swiss can’t forget. So were the Berenberg Banker who were surprised when MLP started a close cooperation with business rival Feri. Snubbing its business partners is a speciality of the Wiesholes.
Maybe Carsten is right in his oppinion that his step was the only way to save MLP for destruction. We are in doubt that this is a good thing. The world should get rid of companies like the Wiesholes. Uwe did anything he could to ruin thee shop. According to their own report they have lost two thirds of their customers – and even a lot of the remain „nominal mebers“ only.
Anyway, MLP is finished. Only fools will buy from losers. For fools is AWD sufficiant. Uwe, its time to say goodbye.
