German court allows to compare MLP to a sect
As we had reported earlier MLP tried to forbid a lawyer to compare MLP’s structure to that one of a sect in front of German courts (or elsewhere). The court of Wiesbaden first released an interim injunction - later then they had to replace the judge who did it because of obvious prejudice.
Now MLP has lost the case. Well done!
