MLP’s dirty secrets (2): out of order
In former times MLP generated money by percentage of insurance business.
In the 90ies MLP started to make money by lifting the shareholder value.
In the last years MLP ‘made money’ by
- asking its ‘consultants’ for payback of advance money
- asking the collection office of Baden-Wuerttemberg for payback of noble payed taxes
- spending once saved money.
It is an open secret: MLP does not have a really recognizable operating business anymore. To fool the shareholders MLP distributes this silly money into the annual report pretending the existance of an operating business. There is none. The company is finished. The only option they have is to find a naive buyer. Obviously they did.
