MLP’s foolish operasinger has triggered an avalanche:
When he started the fire against German critics finanzparasiten.de, he gave an affirmation in lieu of oath that his ‘Handelsvertreters’ wouldn’t be forced to lie to their customers on their percentage and products. Hm.
Finanzsparasiten passed this affirmation in lieu of oath to the prosecutor in Mannheim and wrote about this. Uwe got upset and run the court of Hamburg. ‘Landgericht Hamburg’ forbade finanzparasiten (then known as ‘mlpblog.de’) to report about this because this would give the impression that the prosecutor filed an investigation against Uwe.
Finanzparasiten didn’t hesitate and fired back by doing a criminal complaint on the topic. The ‘Generalstaatsanwalt of Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg’ took this very seriously and started a well organiced investigation. A witness reported that Uwe’s lawyer has written so much to clean Uwe that the deck of his papers measures half a meter.
So we question Uwe: Why?
