MLP: CEO Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg confirms secret report and dubious money in balance sheets
WARNING!
THIS IS FOR OUR AMERICAN READERS ONLY! EUROPEAN AND ESPECIALLY GERMAN READERS SHOULD LEAVE THIS WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY! THANK YOU.

What did Heribert Fromme from Financial Times Deutschland know?
Today You have had the chance to follow by audio a strange press conference of MLP. At one certain point bigmouth Uwe and his gang prefered to stop talking when he was confronted with certain questions …
For the first time we will reveal now a secret to You.
What happened before:
In former times when MLP used to be a high flyer, the paper was pampered by hot air of all kind. According to an anonymous informer ‘Mr X’ one of the dirty tricks MLP used was to fake the balance sheets by adding fictitious earnings. To let this appear convincing, MLP payed taxes on this pretended non existing earnings!!!
Hard to beleave? Yes. We can’t proove this.
When ‘Mr X’ had told such secrets to the ‘Landeskriminalamt Baden-Württemberg (LKA)’ (a kind of german FBI) and had started so the big MPL-scandal in 2002, the LKA ordered a special report. The aim of this secret report was to bring former CEO Termühlen and his friends into jail.
Ah? Now we can proove Mr X by reading the secret report!
Mysteriously the report resulted in the opposite: Nearly nothing happened to the MLPers. But MLP showed the chuzpe to order the tax and revenue office to pay back the taxes !!!
Surprisingly this was exactly what the government did – without any questions! One of the biggest eoconomic scandals was buried and the report was kept away from the public.
Good to have friends in high places, isn’t it?
Furthermore MLP declared this payment as a result of a ‘Betriebsprüfung’ in the balance sheets. No joke: The ‘report’ of the LKA was abused by MLP by calling it a ‘Betriebsprüfung’!
Remember: We had reported earlier on this, but we had to keep quiet on details: what-is-a-betriebspruefung and will-uwe-break-secrets-tomorow.
MLP put this payback into the EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) of 2006 and pretended to the shareholders a bigger operating business: Again MLP used the then ghost money to boost its paper - and lied about its origin!
What happened today:
This knowledge remained a secret until today when Uwe was asked by Mr Heribert Fromme of Financial Times Germany about the ‘rumours’ of this secret report. Uwe finally admitted that there was a report and there was some money based on this. But he refused to discuss this old stories in details …
Why? Why don’t You show the report to the public, Uwe?
What happened in the meantime:
A few days ago Mr X found his bureau visited by unknowns. Nothing was stolen. The police figured out that his computer was operated by somebody at a certain time. Mr X has no doubt: MLP wanted to find a copy of the secret report to suppress it.
Uwe, it is only a question on time for the report to find its way to the public, maybe via internet. Nothing can stop Mr X. Time to change the strategy, isn’t it?
Nevertheless: Even the less informed papers like FAZ had seen enough of the Wiesholes!
