Schroeder-Wildbergs´s lying lawyer
Absolute priority for MLP-leaders is fighting against critics and leavers. MLP isn´t choosy in selecting methods - even dirty tricks.
When the former german MLPblog reported about Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg´s shady statutory declaration MLP tried to censor the critics. Censoring by court is possible in Germany. The former police state hasn´t a tradition in free speach. But in this case MLP decided to lie against the court:
MLP´s lawyer told the court of Hamburg, the lawyer of finanzparasiten.de would have filed a charge against MLP-boss Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg in Mannheim. In fact: he didn´t. And MLP knew it, because their lawyers had been in contact with the the prosecution of Mannheim. If the court of Hamburg would have read the added exchange of letters, the judges should have recognized the lie. They haven´t.
MLP alleged the critic to have filed “his charge” only for writing about it. Never there was a charge, nor the critic had written about. (He wrote about something simliar.)
When MLP had asked the critic to recall his weblog-entry, because the Mannheim prosecutors hadn´t started an investigation, the critic dropped a note about that in his weblog - and took the opportunity to file now a charge against the shameless MLP-boss - not in Mannheim but in Hamburg. We will see if justice is working there. We don´t think they will refuse to start an investigation.
When MLP applied for an interim injunction, they not only lied about the fictitious “charge at Mannheim”, they also alleged the critic not having changed his information und “forgot” taking notice of the changed information. Although they “forgot” to inform the court about the now real charge.
The tactic worked: MLP got the wanted interim injunction.
What a nice firm ….
