Dietmar Hopp: What is his role in the game?

5. Oktober 2008

As we have often reported former MLP boss Dr. Bernie Termuehlen rebuys his once lost firm via the backdoor: Mayflower Capital is nothing else than the ressurection of the old strukkibude MLP, run by the same people, Geschaeftsstellenleiters and so on. Termuehlen reinstalls the old structure of MLP before a foolish operasinger began to ruign the scruffy shop. When Swiss Life is able to take over they will find an empty jacket only, the really MLP is ‘MLP 2′ a.k.a. ‘MayfLower CaPital’

The big question is: Where does the money come from? Even a billionaire like Termuehlen is hardly in the position to pay the debts of the former MLPers.

Maybe the solution is shown in Germany’s sports tv DSF: You can see there Doc Termuehlen watching a soccer game. Next to him sat a man who used to be a mysterious figure in the whole play: Diemar Hopp, one of the richest men ever in Germany.

Hopp, co-founder of software giant SAP got in contact to MLP-founder Manfred Lautenschlaeger at the university, the two men became friends. It is unknown why Lautenschlaeger didn’t mention this fact in hin memoirs ‘Mythos MLP’. Hopp had business connections to MLP and helped in the hard days in 2002. In these days Hopp faced a raid of his own home by the prosecution. The details of this story remain unknown even today. Known is that Hopp was very upset and started a campaign against the Mannheim prosecution.

The relationship between Manne and Dietmar never was as warm it was before.

Now both business sharks Termuehlen and Hopp show a close contact. Maybe they just wanted to watch the soccer game together …

Again: insider trading

2. Oktober 2008

The last weeks we were questioned often why MLP’s shareholder value doesn’t fall. This was a mystery because the market was falling, MLP remained at its position.

The question we were asked today is why doesn’t the shareholder value rise into heaven after the information of Swiss Life’s step to Bundeskartellamt for merger.

The solution is for both questions the same: insider trading. Appearently the important people knew for weeks what will happen made their bets long before the game was officially opened. Old habbits of the Wiesholes.

Secrecy was always the policy of Manfred Lautenschlaeger, the same way Carsten Maschmeyer deals.

Update:

Harris Associates confirmes to have sold its papers before 9/30.

Merger? Swiss Life keeps silence

2. Oktober 2008

While the germans prepared themselves for celebration of their 19st national day on 3rd of October they were blind to see the hidden maneuver engineererd by the clever Swiss.

The Swiss do have more than 27% of MLP, maybe mysterious Maschi has more to spend than known to the public. A new cloak-and-daggger-mission?

No, the local branch managers seem to be informed very well: The predictable merger with Swiss Life is obviously the reason for almost a third(!) of local branch managers to abandon MLP this week and to run to Termuehlen’s Mayflower Capital - which is nothing else than MLP 2. According our sources the gigantic switching happened in the current week yet.

Do you believe in coincidence concerning oeconomics? We don’t.

The big question in this silly game is:

Has Manfred “Manne” Lautenschlaeger (who is with his family the biggest shareholder) broken his word and sold? We always have predicted so.

Again: German court allows to compare MLP to a sect

2. Oktober 2008

MLP’s high priest “Uwe, the allmighty” is not amused:

The Wiesholes tried to forbid a german lawyer to compare the holy church of MLP to a sect. The curious story was taken up by Financial Times Germany. The first round at the court was lost by MLP.

Yesterday the lawyer won her main case against the Wiesholes. Nobody expected something else. Obviously MLP just wanted to block her from her other activities against the slavedrivers.

Uwe, you big super-singer, if you don’t want to be associated with sect, you should admit your belief in god. Why not singing this song?

MLP wants ZSH - including a little secret

1. Oktober 2008

Because MLP hasn’t a really working operating business the Wiesholes sometimes buy other firms that do.

After eating FERI the Wiesholes want to take over ZSH in Heidelberg, the former town of MLP.

ZSH is another strukkibude, but one with a really funny background. Stay tuned, we will offfer you the story soon!

Picture by ZSH in fair use.

Termuehlen shows his flag

30. September 2008

It was an open secret that Bernhard Termuehlen was the man behind Mayfloyer Capital, the new strukkibude in Germany’s ocean of financial advisors and other scum.

Now you can see him acting as ‘Don’. You can see more: All the other names are such of MLPers. Even that of Melanie Ehlert. The Mayflower is MLP with another flag - and without Manne and Uwe. Will anybody miss them?

MLP online game!

30. September 2008

The Wiesholes offer a new online game: ‘battleship’!

The rules are simple: The players have to set up a bet if a local MLP office is working or not. The the players can test it via MLP’s website by clicking at the presented offices. If this appears:

the office was hit and sunken by Mayflower Capital - or Uwe’s dumbness.

Breaking news: a third of MLP’s local branch managers defect to Mayflower Capital

29. September 2008

A rumor found it’s way to us via the Atlantic, the same way the legendary ship Mayflower took:

A third (!) of MLP’s local branch managers (’Geschaeftsstellenleiters’) resigned and made their way to former MLP-head Bernie Termuehlen’s new strukkibude Mayflower Capital.

This is hard for MLP because of the Pareto Principle. No question: the most effective people left.

The reason: Bernie - instead of Uwe a really clever guy - offered to pay the debts of the leaving people. Most of the salespersons are debted to the Wiesholes and can’t afford to switch their jobs. In this case MLP would have presented the bill to them. Uwe realised the problem and found a solution.

So the MLPers left one strukkibude and entered another. Great job …

Mybe it is better to hire on a swimming ship of a proven pirate than keeping the dance on a sinking ship of proven losers. In Wiesloch there is not even a harbour!

Ahoi, Captain Mayflower!
